NO outside food or drink
The event will be held in the main function room. Once you arrive, please sign in at the welcome desk. Follow the foyer to the right of the welcome desk and turn left past the courtyard the function room is at the end of the hallway on the right, opposite the sports bar
Bar will be open for refreshments
Amstel offer food and drinks through the sports bar from 11:30am

Terms and Conditions of Entry
By purchasing a ticket and attending Wizard's Arcane Tabletop Tavern Meet & Play ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Photography and Media Consent
By entering the Event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
These images and recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional and marketing purposes in perpetuity, including (but not limited to) social media, websites, and printed materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background imagery.
2. Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organizers.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or as a verified Tabletop Pass holder.
3. Code of Conduct
Respectful and inclusive behaviour is expected of all attendees. Harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerate
