"September 8th 1920. You have been approached by a landlord named Mr Knott who has been trying to rent or sell a property but it has been very difficult due to the history of the property leading people to believe it may be haunted. Mr Knott has offered to pay you $20 per day to investigate the property. If the rumours are true this could be your biggest job yet.

This is a one shot scenario for 2-4 players using the 7th edition Call of Cthulhu rules based in Boston Massachusetts and is expected to take 1 hour. Open to players of all levels of experience aged 13 and older. Pre-generated characters will be provided by your Keeper of Arcane Lore Maxine"
